Azzurri dominate at Tuscany Tour

The first weekend of the 2017 Tuscany Tour has come to a close and what’s more with wins for the Italian riders in the Gold and Silver GPs.
The former GP was won by Juan Carlos Garcia with Gitano V Berkenbroeck while fellow Italian athlete Luca Marziani was second. The final podium slot went to Lisa Nooren of Holland.
In the Silver GP meanwhile it was Guido Franchi taking the spoils with Lucaine. It’s the latest triumph for the rider after also winning two domestic Juniores titles.
Germany’s Markus Merschformann was second and Yur Vrieling was third. The Tuscany Tour will resume on Tuesday March 21.
