Banks open business for horses

Italian equestrian venues have been boosted by a 20 million euro financing agreement. The Institute for Sports Credit (ICS), the bank for sports in Italy, has opened its counters to horses. The agreement between the ICS and the Italian Equestrian Sports Federation (FISE), presented officially in Verona at the Fieracavalli, comprises two loans: one for venues and sports equipment, the other for equestrian schools to construct a solid base in the discipline. “In a moment when it’s difficult to obtain credit from banks, I retain that this agreement is an important success for the future of horse,” declared FISE president Andrea Paulgross.
