Bersaglia on song in Umbria

Over 330 pairs went head to head last week in Umbria for the Italian Work Equestrian Championships. Winning the individual title was Renzo Bersaglia with Ombromanto while the team event was won by Lazio.
The event in the central Italian region of Umbria took place between September 7-10 and saw a number of competitions being played out in the Work Equestrian discipline.
In the open category, it was Renzo Bersaglia taking the spoils followed by Veronica Sensi and Chiara Grillini. In the minor category, the winner was Giampaolo Tarantello while the Juniores category went to Sara Quartini.
Greta Boccali triumphed in the Debutants category with Zeno Pagliettini winning in the Youngsters category.
The region of Lazio meanwhile were the winners in the team event with a score of 213 points. Le Marche were second and Tuscany were third.
