Big Star and Silvana HDC injured

Bad Equestrian World for Big Star and Silvana HDC, the two top performers of Nick Skelton and Kevin Staut respectively.
The British rider’s stallion has only just returned from a previous injury but bad luck has struck once again. The renowned son of Quick Star has picked up another serious injury and will have to be out on the sidelines for another year missing out on the World Equestrian Games in Normandy in the process. The main objective now for the stallion remains the Olympic Games in Rio in 2016.
As for the BWP grey Silvana, the French Federation have reported that the performer suffered a fall at its stables fracturing a metacarpal. To see Kevin Staut’s horse in action we will probably have to wait until the month of October and the World Cup in Oslo.
