Breeding, the studbook calendar for 2018

Breeders and amateurs are planning their agenda ahead of the new year. The calendar is full of top range events dedicated to breeding. We will focus on the most important dates early in 2018.
Netherlands will start first, with two events dedicated to the stallions: the Stallion Competition Dressage and the Stallion Competition Jumping for the KWPN stallions taking place in Zuidbroeck.
The Dutch studook is one of the most active early next year. From January 31st to February 3rd, the KWPN Stallion Show will take place during the five-star event in ‘s-Hertongebosch.

From Netherlands to Belgium, showing their best stallions at the BWP (Belgian Warmblood Paard) in Lier in January from 18th to 20th. Following to a phase of inspection, there will be a competition for the breeding circuit (Hengstencompetitie).

Speaking about Belgium, there are also two events in February for the Zangersheide studbook: the Hengstenkeuring (stallion inspections) on 10th and 11th in Deauville, France and the Hengstenpresentatie (the presentation of the breeder studs of Zangersheide) on 20th in Marl, Germany.
