Cavalli a Roma, Day 2
A Saturday dedicated to sport and entertainment at the Cavalli a Roma event taking place in Pavillion 3 of the Fiera di Roma within the International Equestrian and Horse Show Jumping Exhibition.
One of the main event of the day was the “Jump and Drive”. Eight pairs were involved first in a show jumping race and later in a course of cones.
Two different world, these of jumping and carriages, giving life to a multidisciplinary show. Fabio Rubino from Apulia won atop of Esteban and with the support of driver Alvaro Pitocco. Home rider Andrea Venturini clinched the success in the Six -bar and this was an importat result for him, helping to qualify for the Six-bar of Piazza di Siena.
The second day was the last step towards the Grand Prix taking place on Sunday and it included a category with consecutive phases and uprights of 1.40mts.
Luca Marziani from Lazio stole the limelight atop of Saxo des Hayettes. He finished clear in 21”96. Behind him two more riders from Lazio: Paolo Adorno on Fer ZG (22”23) and Ermete Breccia with Farah (23”26).
