Second went to Brazilian-Ukranian Cassio Rivetti on Chataga, and third to Michael Whitaker on Amai. Also here Gaudiano put on a solid performance, on the confirmed Cocoshynsky, he finished in the top 10th in seventh place. The complete results: http://www.globalchampionstour.com/events/2014/shanghai/results/1031/cla…There is only one event scheduled for today, from 1:45m to 1.50m against the clock. The favourite is Ludger Beerbaum, who spoke about the development of the equestrian world in China at the press conference, mentioning that they were on the right path as shown by the excellent organization of the GCT event this weekend. It is just a matter of time in the opinion of Beerbaum ,who already works as a trainer for some Chinese riders at Riesenbeck, before riders from China reach the top rungs of the ladder. He holds that in 3-4 years Chinese riders will be able to compete at the top levels. The GCT patron Jan Tops has three-year project  ready between Chinese authorities and the E.U. that will allow horse and rider pairings from China to compete in Europe, which until now has not been possible.source: globalchampionstour.com
