CHI Al Shaqab Presented by Longines Returns to Doha for Its 13th Edition

From 18 to 21 February 2026, the Longines Arena at Al Shaqab will once again welcome CHI Al Shaqab Presented by Longines, marking the 13th edition of one of the world’s few Concours Hippique International events and the only CHI-format competition in the Middle East and Asia.

With a total prize fund of €1,373,000 and a truly international field, the event brings together show jumping, dressage and para dressage in a single, premium week of sport.

Elite sport across three disciplines

Show jumping will feature 303 riders and 469 horses from more than 40 countries, competing across CSIY-B, CSICh-B, CSI1*, CSI3* and CSI5*.

Dressage includes a CDI5* with 14 combinations and a CDI1* with 12, alongside a CPEDI3* para dressage programme with 12 athletes.

The event also hosts an FEI Group VII qualifier, highlighting its importance within regional and international development pathways.

Leading names and rankings

In the CSI4*/5* standings, Scott Brash leads on 199 points, followed by Harry Charles and Megane Moissonnier.

Qatari riders currently dominate the CSI1* rankings, reflecting the strong growth of the national programme.

The Jump & Drive once again adds an exciting spectator-friendly element, combining precision jumping with high-speed driving.
