Chiara Rosi victorious at 87km Fontanafredda CEI*

Chiara Rosi on Gardu Pintu, a beautiful grey arabian horse, won the CEI* international at the Serenissima Cavalli equestrian centre at Fontanafredda di Sacile.Behind the Umbrian rider in second place came Doris Ingebor Witthuser, who was always at the head of the pack and deservedly won the ‘best condition’ award for the form of her horse Saria Hava.
Third was Barbara Fedeli on Mojra Fatha and fourth French rider Thierry Kerjean on Alouza.
25 riders and horses started the event, while 16 arrived at the finishing line. In the 87km National CEN**/B Tiziano Corrado on Veloues Dor won and also claimed the ‘best condition’ award. In second and third place respectively Annamaria Brunello on Kirov el Parry and Sara Pellegrini (YR) on Ykaar.
Five riders completed the course out of eight that started. In the shortest National race, the 58km CEN*/R, Thomas De Martin on Koheilan Mini triumphed, followed by Claudio Boatta on Giada and Sabina Antoniazzi on Jacqueline ATG (who also won ‘best condition’.)
In the Debut and Amateur Riders category, both over 29 km, Francesca Pianca on Khal and Simona Modolo on Jamal won respectively.
