Countdown begins to Longines Masters 2017

The Longines Masters Series is heading to Paris for the European leg of the prestigious competition. Riders will be in action in the French capital from November 30th to December 3rd with the action getting going with the Longines Speed Challenge.
Following that the action will keep on coming with the Masters Power and the Riders Masters Cup as Europe and USA’s top riders go head to head. Chef d’equipe for team Europe is the much coveted Philippe Guerdat who will be out to get the better of his opposite number Robert Ridland.
In the meantime here is the shortlist of both teams.
Philippe Guerdat will choose his final line-up from the following: Maikel van der Vleuten, Steve Guerdat, Scott Brash, Niels Bruynseels and Sergio Alvarez Moya. Also in the shortlist is a selection of young riders such as Jos Verlooy, Edward Levy and Laura Klaphake.
Robert Ridland has responded with the following: Kent Farrington, Lauren Hough, Reed Kessler and Laura Kraut. Amongst the new faces we find Andy Kocher, Chloe Reid, Devin Ryan, Spences Smith and Ansgar Holtgers jr. Bringing the curtain down on the big event in the French capital is the Longines Grand Prix.
