CSI2*: Leszno (POL) excellent 4th place for Bucci in today’s Grand Prix

The CSI2* in Lesznno, Poland, at the Jezdziecki Klub Sportown, finished today. The Lesmo Grand Prix, the final race in programme, saw a great performance from our Piergiorgio Bucci. The azzurro, on Da Zara Porto Rico, Dutch born in 1997, put in two excellent races, finishing the Jump-Off with a time of 34.29 and winning 4th in the final standings. Winner was Switzerland’s Niklaus Rutschi on BB Casablanca (0/0/33,70), followed by Jiri Hrusca (CZE) on Aristo Z and Dutch rider Suzanne Tepper on Senstation (0/0/34,26). In races over previous days Piergiorgio took part in the Gold and Diamond Tour races, not managing to qualify for the finals, however. His best result was 19th on the first day of the Gold Tour on Cohiba on the first day.
