CSIO Wierden: Young Riders Italy come second

There was some good Equestrian World for the Italians at the CSIO Dutch Young Riders. In the Nations Cup the team captained by Stefano Scaccabarozzi finished the two runs with a total of seven penalties to take second place. Holland won the competition after finishing with four penalties whie third place went to Germany, with 16 penalties.
The Italian Under21 team was made up of Matias Alvaro on Tempo Des Brieres (5/0), Francesca Chiatti on Lukrecie (16/9), Alessandra Fuzzi with Rmf Tequila (1/0) and Michele Previtali with Lagerfeld (1/0). Following the excellent result of the Young Riders even the children finished equal second with Belgium on the Friday. There were eight penalties for the young auzzurri and the team included Margherita Fiorelli on Cargo OH (0/8); Giulia Bertolla with Tl Lann Du Up Of Heritage (4/0); Martina Ferrari on Trustin (0/4) and Laura Micol Boni with Cote d’Or (8/0). Victory went to France who only picked up four penalties.
