The 2017 FEI World Cup final has ended on a positive note for Lorenzo De Luca who was the only Italian rider in action at the big event in Omaha.
The Azzurri star was competing with Ensor de Litrange and more than held his own versus some of the best riders from all around the world – including McLain Ward who came first.
But De Luca can be more than pleased with his efforts and ended his first ever appearance at the World Cup final in an impressive 10th spot.
To cap it all off, De Luca was also on song at the International Omaha Jumping Grand Prix over 1.55m and finished runner up to Nicola Philippaerts.
