
Excitement in France builds as the 2014 NRHA European Affiliate Championship are set to start!

Le Pin, July 8 – ‘Le Petit Far West’, the facility that is hosting the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) European Affiliate Championship this year, has welcomed the close to 200 horses that are ready to make their way in the pen, vying for the European titles.
Riders representing Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Sweden and The Netherlands are getting ready to compete in the championship held in France for the very first time! In order to make it to the finals, riders had to qualify in their respective countries and once in Le Pin, they will be vying for the European Affiliate Championship Open, Intermediate Open, Limited Open, Non Pro, Intermediate Non Pro, Limited Non Pro, Rookie, Rookie Professional, Youth 13 & Under and Youth 14-18 titles.
During the event, a full-slate of NRHA ancillary classes will also be offered and these include the $10,000-added Open and the $5,000-added Non Pro.
Wednesday, July 9: Competition set to go
In view of the upcoming Alltech World Equestrian Games, the last CRI*** offered in France will also be held. Adding more excitement to the show will be the NRHA approved $300-added Snaffle Bit Open and Snaffle Bit Non Pro. These will take place following the NRHA approved Rookie Professional and Youth classes.
On Thursday the EAC will officially start!
