The FEI court has overturned the provisional suspensions against Jonathan Paget (NZL) and Kevin McNab (AUS), with immediate effect.
The two riders have been provisionally suspended from events after their horses Promise Clifton and Clifton Pinot were found positive in a drugs test during the Bourghley Horse Trials in September.
The decision followed a specific request submitted by the two riders and the case took place in London between the 3rd and 4th of June.
The overturning of the provisional suspension should not be considered definitive, the final verdict by the FEI court will be heard at a later date.
