First day of Juniors and Young Riders Euros

The dressage brought the first day of the Juniors and Young Riders event at Weregem to a close for Italy.In the CCI1* Juniors, the Azzurri finished seventh. The best performance came from Umberto Riva who was sixth on Ledoux Song d’Etè. Russia lead, ahead of Germany and Great Britain.In the CCI2* YR, Italy produced a brilliant fifth behind France, with Mattia Luciani on Flying Brinkman the top Italian in 11th. Germany are first, ahead of Belgium and Great Britain.
