France is doing a lot to talk about themselves in this period with regard to the equestrian sector; both for the sale of the France Haras horse as well as the latest initiative launched by the French Equestrian Federation (FEB).The Jo/JEM group was created the project for the FFE with the aim of enhancing at the same time owners, horses and riders in the elite circuits in WEG 2014 and especially for the Olympics in Rio 2016.Owner, rider and horse are committed to joining a sports program that includes a FFE individual training plan, and participation in events reported as essential for the preparation of the main objectives of the sporting season. In return, the French Federation is committed to actively participating in the financial sector with regard to the medical and veterinary costs for riders, promotion as well as media-level bonuses linked to the results and performance.Within three months were included in this club the 10-year-old gelding Lights of Londonderry owned by Jean-François Alexandre Vesin and Ayache, indicated by the observers of the national dressage Jan Bemelmans and Emmanuelle Schramm as potentially interesting subject.Lights of Londonderry will make its debut at the CHIO in Rotterdam knowing that the horse has a large margin for improvement. Also integrated into the group is the 11-year-old Bavarian gelding Rossini, son of Rivero II who will also compete in the dressage. As for the jumping in this list also includes the young and talented Flora de Mariposa Genevieve Mégret Clarbec, the main sponsor of Penelope Leprevost.Despite his young age (9 years) Flora de Mariposa debuted in the Super League with his rider in the Nations Cup in Rome, where the pair were the bright lights for their team.2014 was a year of major progress at a competitive level for Flora and this young mare, thanks to the clever work of his rider, has improved very quickly at a competitive level even in the top flight, also with a second place in Hong Kong over 1.55m.
It is a model that looks a lot like the one adopted by the Netherlands, with whom, thanks to the  investment from the NOP company and a comparable service offered to riders and owners the country has managed to retain its best riders and horses.
