Ilaria sweeps to victory in Enghien

A tough but well deserved victory for Ilaria Jet in the Prix Legardere at Enghien.She beat rivals of the calibre of Ray Turgot, Romeo des Omeaux, Salomè e Riviera Vici (who finished second, third and fourth in that order) with a time of 1.12.80, making it the first time that an Italian horse wins the race.
