Is U.N.I.R.E. also targeted by the new minister?

While the wait continues for the new minister to be assigned his role in charge of Agriculture, Crops and Forests, rumours have placed the ex-president of the Veneto Regio Giancarlo Galan in the chair. It is the ministry that deals with all things horses where the name of the head of U.N.I.R.E. Tiziano Baggio, expressly requested by Minister Zaia, apparently is not looked upon favourably by those who will fill the important roles at MIPAAF. Does this explain the recent absences?
