An impressive feat that achieved by Isabelle Lapierre who last weekend in Calgary became the first rider in the show-jumping field to win two legs of the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping North American League in the same season.
Riding with Cescha M, the horsewoman conquered Calgary with the latest win following on from the success in Bromont which arrived at the start of the season. Lapierre was one of just three riders to clear the course at the jump-off.
Victory puts Lapierre in a great position to qualify for the final in Paris scheduled for April 2018. Before then however riders will be in action for the next leg of the World Cup for the North American Western League on the 18th of November in Las Vegas.
