Italian breeding sector of show jumping to be developed in 2018

FISE are also working to promote the development of the Italian breeding sector. With the 2018 Progetto Sport dedicated to young horses already approved by the Federal Board on January 15, the aim is to create a consistent regional breeding circuit to improve the training of young horses.
The main points of the program are:
–  the cut of the travel costs
–  the centralized control from FISE of the training program which includes all the national territory starting from the regions.
– to favour the technical growth of the trainers of young horses and the psychophysical safeguard of the 4- and 5-year-olds.
– the identification of the top-quality young horses and training up to their potential
– the promotion of the market of the young horses, both first and second range, thorugh a focused training and a support from the Federation
– to allow riders to take part to well-defined training programs, without the worry of rankings and prize money
– the creation of a network of training stages for riders who work with young horses throughout the national territory
– the riactivation of the supply chain breeder – owner – rider
– the development of a national nursery of young horses where amateur, dilettant, semi-professional and professional riders can draw from.
