KWPN takes command of studbook ranking

There is always plenty of competition for the best European studbook and the ranking has seen a number of important changes in the last week. KWPN (koninklijk warmbloed paardenstaboek nederland) is back on top thanks to its seeding: Chaman (Baloubet du Rouet), VDL Groep Verdi TN N.O.P. (Quidam de Revel), Zigali PS (Kigali), Silvana HDC (Corland), Vindicat We Willow (Guidam) with a total of 4493 points, second the Belgians BWP (belgisch warmbloedpaard v.z.w.) on 4320 points thanks to its star names – Cella (Cento), Seacoast Forlap DC (Querlybet Hero), Flora de Mariposa (For Pleasure), Elky van het Indihof di Lorenzo De Luca (Toulon), Primeval Dejavu (Heartbreaker) and Castle Forbes Vivaldo (Clinton).
Third is Holsteiner verband of Germany on 4304 points with Chiara 222 (Contender), Lacrimoso 3 HDC (Landjunge), Casall Ask (Caretino), Carinjo HDC (Cascavelle), Catwalk IV (Colman) and Cristallo A LM (Casall).The previous leader Westfalisches Pferdestammbuch dropped to fourth place on 4221 points, with Anglo European Studbook (AES) in fifth on 3963 points.6° Selle Française – 3926 pts

(Ferro), Valegro (NEgro), Kingsley Siro N.O.P. (Gribaldi), Unee BB (Gribaldi), Glock’s Johnson TN (Jazz) e Uzzo (Lancet) taking it to 13211 points.
Following is German Hannover on 11591 points – Don Auriello (Don Davidoff), Don Johnson FRH (Don Frederico), D’Agostino FRH (De Niro), Her Highness O (Hohenstein), Romeo Star (Romantic Star) and Wie Atlantico de Y Mas (wie Weltmeyer).
