Lyon CSI5*: yesterday’s results and today’s events which come to a close with the Equità Masters.

The Longines Grand Prix wasn’t the only competition taking place yesterday in Lyon and fans were also treated to the Prix Règion Rhone Alpes over 1.50m which was worth points towards the FEI ranking list. First place was taken by Constant van Paesschen on Citizenguard van de Understone in a time of 31.20 seconds. He was followed by Rodrigo Pessoa with 9 year-old KWPN Tinkabell 12 (Casco) in second and USA’s Lauren Hough on Royalty des Isles (Zandor Z) in third.

Focusing on today’s events, there is a trial reserved to young horses at 09.30 followed by the Prix Merial with varying gate heights from 1.50m/1.60m. The latter is also worth points towards the Longines ranking list. This afternoon the action continues with the CWD Grand Prix from 1.45m at 14.45. The show-jumping trials come to a close at 20.30 this evening with the massive Equità Masters sponsored by Equidia Life.
