A thrilling GP, won by Alessia Marioni, brought the Memorial dalla Chiesa to a close yesterday.
The horsewoman from Vicenza, who at just 23 won an Italian Championship in 1992 in Modena, jumped her way to first place with Ginger thanks in part to a lightning fast time of 41.37 in the second round.
Bruno Chimirri with Tower Mouce recorded a time of 42.74 in the jump-off to take second place while Vincenzo Chimirri came in third place with Gayatri van’t Welthof following a time of 43.78.
