Modifications to UNIRE regulations in the Criterium for 7-year-olds and junior riders

Here is the decree issued by UNIRE on 13 June, 2014 on the regulation of Show Jumping which was updated on the licenses required for participation in the Criterium.
To effect, the change will take place in the Criterium for 7-year-olds and junior riders also equipped with a 2nd degree license.
