More French joy at CSIO Gorla Minore

France enjoyed more success with a second victory in the Youth Nations Cup CSIO in Gorla Minore. After the gold medal this morning, for the second time the French flag was raised on the highest step of the podium thanks to the Bleus team in the children category.
France is therefore in great condition for this second appointment with the Fei Jumping Nations Cup Youth 2018 (remember that the first was in Belgium in Opglabbeek) and with only 4 penalties accumulated in the two heats the four French riders took home a second victory of the day .
The architects of the victory were Theodora Ivanov riding Uneleche to Saiguede (both his results discarded by the coach, 4 and 8 penalties), the two best pairs in the field Maelle Noizat with Attraction Riverland and Lou Champion on Zingaro H) two clears, finally Madison Coudret with Serum de Champloue (4 – / 0).
Second place with equal points the Austrian and Swiss teams, both with 8 penalties: For Austria Lena Binder with Blacky, Katharina Karpf on Alasca I, Ludovica Goess Sarau on Knighfield Ella and Valerie Kroker with Cascala, for Switzerland Linus Hanselmann with Can Caipy, Gèraldine Straumann on Corenso, Adina Krahenbuhl riding Bykarlos and Lynn Muller with Elysse LB.
Italy in 4th place with 12 penalties.
The Junior Nations Cup is closing with a very good performance by the Azzurri up to now, while for this late afternoon (around 6.00 pm) the highly anticipated challenge of the Young Rider category is expected.
Among those in the running will be Zoe Lia and Valerio Ielapi, respectively 1st and 2nd place with Attyrory Bye Bye Love and with Schoor’s Joker in the individual children category.
