Olympia: top class race goes to Simon Delestre

Two impeccable laps without errors to the obstacles and a Jump-off time of 39.15 seconds, gifted Frances’s Simon Delestre on Whisper, a female 8 year old bay horse, victory in the prestigious London race. The Santa Stakes prize saw 29 pairs and the other top two places went to Holger Wulschner on Cavity G for Germany (0;46,97) and Belgium’s Ludo Philippaerts on gelding Chicago vh Moleneind (0;47,65). For the azzurra in the race, Lucia Vizzini on Lismeen Lancer, a 9 year old gelding, a race tainted by two errors and 20th place.
