Paolo Menicolini wins GP at Horse Riviera

The Adriatic coast has brought Paul Mencolini good fortune. The rider from Perugia riding the Dutch bay Uranus won the four star Grand Prix at the Horses Riviera Resort, ahead of 57 other competitors, in a double clear round in 43.10seconds. The delighted winner said: “It’s the first Grand Prix win and Uranus is developing well, having placed high in our six outings together. “I have finally gotten a victory and the course was technically demanding where you had to maintain your concentration all the way round.“ Simone Coata on Nikita was second after suffering two mistakes, in a time of 43.57, with Carla Cimolai third in a time of 44seconds dead. Another rider who had a good competition was Tuscan, Mia Crocetti on Garua, who won the C140, placing first on Saturday and second with Ticino and Umulus, respectively.
