Road to Paris 2018: Denis Lynch

The next rider profile ahead of Paris 2018 is Irish star Denis Lynch.
Lynch is a rider with lots of experience behind him and one of the leading lights in the show-jumping field, although had things turned out he may have been a jockey – his childhood ambition.
Away from the field he is married to Julia Hargreaves also a show-jumper and who featured at the 2012 Olympics.
Lynch burst onto the scene in 1997 winning his first GP just 3 years later while in 2008 he took part at the 2008 Olympics. Amongst other achievements Lynch has been a finalist at the World Cup on five occasions.
As for this season standout results include a win in the World Cup at Lexington.
