Road to World Equestrian Games

After the success of the young reiners at the European Championships in Kreuth, Germany, preparations are continuing for the World Equestrian Games.The event will take place in the USA in Lexington, Kentucky in September 2010. A number of the young riders will come into the reckioning of coach Mario Sbrana over the course of the next season and a “long list“ of candidates will be drawn up for the five places (four starters and a reserve).The head of FISE Reining, Roberto Cuoghi said: “With the recent win in the world championships the team have a good future and we have set out a plan for success.“Any riders who have taken part in at least 73 events over the last five years should contact Mario Sbrana (tel: 392.2913893) to take part in the selection process for the World Equestrian Games which will be held on November 13 at Palasturla, Manerbio.
