The Andalucía Sunshine Tour Returns for a Thrilling New Edition

Cádiz, January 15, 2025 – The Andalucía Sunshine Tour is set to return on Thursday, January 16, bringing nine weeks of world-class equestrian competition to the prestigious Montenmedio facilities in Cádiz. Running until March 23, the event will feature more than 1,000 riders and 3,200 horses from 57 countries, making it one of the most significant gatherings in the international equestrian calendar.

The program boasts 550 competitions, including 38 events that contribute to the FEI Longines World Rankings. With a prize fund of €2.5 million, the tour continues to attract some of the finest talent in the sport.

Expanded Sporting Opportunities

This year’s schedule introduces a CSIO specifically for Young Riders, Juniors, and Children, giving teams from various nations the chance to compete in a prestigious setting. Dressage will also have a prominent role, with competitions across multiple levels, including a CDI3* during the circuit’s third week. The dressage events will begin in Jerez before concluding at Montenmedio from March 19 to 22.
