The best Young Riders in Europe

There is great satisfaction for the Young Riders Academy after seeing one of their students make it onto the podium and wearing the silver jersey. We are of course talking about the German Kaya Luthi who finished as runner-up in the European Championships in the Young Rider category behind the Swede Imma Karlsson, while bronze went to Laura Klaphake.

There were three representatives from the Young Riders Academy; Chantal Muller and Emilie Stampfli for Switzerland as well as Luthi for Germany, who conducted two perfect almost runs with only a mistake at the very end of the second keeping her off the very top step of the podium.
Last year the winner of the title was the Italian Emanuele Bianchi (not competing this year because of an injury) who will soon be starting his apprentiship with the Grand Master Ludger Beerbaum.
