The French brand Seaver joins the Amahorse Group

Amahorse, the leading Italian group in the design and distribution of clothing, accessories and technical equipment for horse riding, controlled by the Small Caps Opportunities II fund of LBO France, has completed the full acquisition of Seaver, a French company specialising in the development of advanced technological solutions for rider safety, in particular high-performance airbags and protective equipment.

“With this transaction, Amahorse continues its growth roadmap, expanding its portfolio of proprietary products and brands with high value-added technological solutions and strengthening its position as a leading group in the international equestrian market,” claimed Riccardo Volpi, CEO of the group based in San Giustino (Perugia).

Founded in France, Seaver is recognised as one of the most innovative players in the equestrian safety equipment segment, thanks to the development of airbags and advanced fall-detection technologies, adopted by professional riders and world-class athletes. The company has experienced significant growth in recent years, with an established commercial presence in Europe, North America and Asia, serving both the B2B and direct-to-consumer channels.

“The integration of Seaver will enable Amahorse to accelerate the development of proprietary high-tech solutions, while strengthening its internal R&D expertise and further expanding its offering in the safety segment, one of the most dynamic and strategic in the equestrian industry” added Volpi.

With this acquisition, Amahorse is pursues its international growth plan, in line with its existing strategy of strong organic growth, particularly in foreign markets, and market consolidation through targeted acquisitions.
