The Global Tour flies to Spain

A stellar weekend awaits Spain for the World Tour in show jumping. From the 8th to the 10th May, Valencia will see the CSI5 and the second leg of the Global Champions Tour take place, following on from Arezzo. The world tour, approved by the FEI (the international Equestrian federation presided over by Jan Tops) and the equivalent of Formula one for horses, will see 51 of the strongest jumpers compete with two from Italy: Gianni Govoni and Jonella Ligresti. At the same time the CSI2 will be taking place and another three jockeys will represent Italy: Ludovica Francesconi, Alessia Rossi and Maddalena Valenzano Menada.
