Weekend of Centered Riding at Selorn Ranch

On May 16th and 17th 2009 the Amateurs Sporting Association of Selorn di Limido Comasco, a center specialised in country horse riding, is offering two weekends for learning Centered Riding with the instructor Hilary Bradford.The weekend is divided into three sections: theory work, ground work and then working on the saddle. The lessons will be divided into small groups based on ability and two sessions of theory and two sessions of horse work will be carried out every day, with the possibility of riding through the Parco Pineta and Tradate on the second day with a picnic lunch.
 
The weekend is open to all levels, for beginners and also professionals. Centered Riding is not a style of riding but instead teaches the basic fundamentals of riding for all levels. The instructor could then follow the pupil in more specific disciplines, from show jumping to dressage.  The Selorn Ranch will provide the horses for lessons and also provides the opportunity for participants to keep horses in the stables.For more information call or write to Hilary Bradford at:
