Whitakers new generation impress in El Jadida

The CSI3* in El Jadida, the last stage of the Morocco Royal Tour 2017, reserved some surprises.
The new generation of the Whitaker family was there and well. Joe, Michael’s son and John’s nephew, proved that he was capable of honoring his family name. The rider impressed everyone by beating of over a second Pius Schwizer, riding last of the class.
The Swiss registered a very good time but Whitaker, atop of Lavarno, did his best to remain concentrated and avoid errors, so that he could snatch victory.
 Third place was national favorite, Abdelkebir Ouaddar. Smiling as usual, the rider enjoyed the cheering he received from the crowd, while he is looking forward to having more glory in today’s Grand Prix.
