Winning start for Italy in Abu Dhabi

The new season’s Nations Cup has started in Abu Dhabi, and things could hardly have gone better for Italian rider Luca Moneta who won two events on the first day of competitions and placed second on the following day. While Carabiniere Emanuele Gaudiano won the time trial event riding Carlotta. 
Two other Italians placed in the top ten of the event: Fiamme Oro Luca Coasta, who came seventh on Quite Beauty, and Major Corporal Simone Coata, tenth on Dardonge. The main event, the 1.60m President Cup Grand Prix, was on Thursday and Natale Chiaudani, on Alermo, finished fourth in the event won by Saudi rider Ramzy Al Duhami, on Ted. 
Today’s CSIO schedule foresees the Cup test, following yesterday’s break, and the formations that will take part in the first match of the Nation’s Cup have been announced. Italy, eighth in the starting ranking, will be represented by Luca Moneta, on Conney, Luca Coata, on Crandessa, Simone Coata, on Dardonge, and Natale Chiaudani, on Almero.
