Young Dutch riders gather in Wierden for Holland Youngster Festival

There is another important European event between Wednesday, June 4th and Saturday, June 7th at the Vossenbos stables in Wierden with the 16th edition of the Holland Youngster Festival (DYF) in which debuts the 21 best young riders.
The ages range from the pony category between 12 and 16, the juniors 16 to 18 and the Young Riders 18 to 21 who will be preparing for the Youth European Championship which will take place in Millstreet in Ireland from July 30th to August 4th while the young riders will be in Arezzo from July 22 to 27th. Their Nations Cup will be in Wierden on Thursday which will be major outing for them.
Obviously all eyes will be on the three categories of the international young horses which will have at least 350 riders from 15 different countries taking part.
