Al Sharbatly and Tobalio dominate in China.

Abdullah Al Sharbatly has ridden his way to victory in the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix in Shanghai. The rider was competing with the stallion Tobalio and took victory ahead of Marco Kutscher who had to settle for second spot.
Third place was taken by Marc Houtzager while in the top-ten we also find Italy’s Emanuele Gaudiano in sixth place. Tour leader Christian Ahlmann on the other hand consolidated his lead at the top of the standings thanks to a fifth place finish in Shanghai.
The German rider is on 129 points but Italy’s Gaudiano is chasing behind in second with 96 points. Britain’s John Whitaker meanwhile rounds out the podium in third-place on 85 points.
