CONI avoids spending cutbacks in 2015.

There is good Equestrian World to report in Italy regarding CONI (the Italian Olympic Association) and it has been recently confirmed that the spending cuts to all of the sports associations tied to CONI have been postponed until the 1st of January 2016.
CONI President Giovanni Malagò has since highlighted the importance of the decision especially with the next Olympic Games in 2016 in Rio, Brazil in mind. Here is the official communication:
1. It has been postponed to January the 1st 2016 the application of the spending cuts to the national sporting federations affiliated to CONI in the existing legislation against institutions in the list set out by the National Institute of Statistics (ISTAT) by government law, Article 1 of Law 31 December 2009, n. 196.
