CSI1*/CSI3*: in Wieze Japan’s Sato is awarded the Tandlabo Jacops prize (1,40m)

CSI3 Jumping Wieze

The fourth edition of Jumping Wieze is taking place. The international Show Jumping event (CSI1*/CSI3*), started yesterday at the Oktoberhallen in Wieze, Belgium and will finish on Sunday with the Grand Prix, valid for Rolex FEI World Cup rankings. Yesterday’s programme regarding the CSI3*, saw three races. A timed race with 1.35 height was won by Frenchman Julien Epaillard on Commissario, a 13 year old grey stallion from Cash x Calato; the 1.40 Jump-Off went to Japan’s Eiken Sato on Weezer and the 1.45m, also with Jump-Off, finished late in the evening. For Italy, in the CSI1*, Brouwershuis prize, category with 1.30m, Elisa Zugnac on Conchita, a female horse from Oldenburg, born in 2002 from Concetto x Grannus, finished 41st with two errors on the obstacles and a penalty.
