Australia’s Boyd Exell has confirmed himself the man to beat in the driving discipline by winning the latest World Cup leg at the Stuttgart German Masters. For the Australian, it’s his fifth win in Stuttgart after also winning the 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2014 edition.
Exell took the lead following the first round which took place on Friday and with a 30 second lead he went on to seal the win on Saturday with his group of Bajnok, Clinton Star, Demi and Lucky in a time of 248.30 seconds. Holland’s Ijsbrand Chardon was second in a time of 280.38 seconds and Germany’s Rainer Duen third with a time of 286.17 seconds.
