European Championships: Chiaudani drops out and is replaced by Marziani

With leass than a month to go before the start of the European Championships in Herning, the Italian showjumping team have lost one of their most important riders. Natale Chiaudani, who was selected by the coach Hans Horn as one of his best men, has dropped out of the competition and will be replaced by Luca Marziani.The decision comes because of an injury picked up by the 13 year old Fixdesign Almero 12 with Chiaudani deciding to cancel his involvement in the European adventure in order to let the horse recover properly. A wise decision in view of other important international events later in the year.Luca Marziani will be riding BWP Wivina.
