
FEI World Breeding Jumping Championships round-up

Christian Ahlmann won the FEI World Breeding Jumping Championship for 6 year olds riding Hui Bui, born out of Cornado I and registered in the Westfahlen studbook under the ownership of L. & C.A. Schulze Averdiek that completed the 1.35m in 33.45 seconds.
In second was the bay stallion Casper Blue ridden by Carola Wegener in a time of 33.52 seconds. Caspar Blue is out of the Oldenburg studbook and is the son of Chacco – Blue who has an interesting genealogy, having the new world runner up amongst its peers. Third place in this category we have a KWPN, the gray stallion Dacantos ( Up to Date ) has an important genealogy thanks to his grandfather Cassini I, and is owned by De Heer & HLM vd Broek and completed the course in 34.67 .
The top Italian rider was Giovanni Consorti on Don’T Worry B (Numero Uno), who finished 16th with four penalties in the first round and Andrea Enrico Herholdt on Quantador 3 (Quinta Real), 25th classificato with eight penalties in round one. Bertram Allen of Ireland won the FEI World Breeding Jumping Championship for 7 year olds with Barnike (Baldwin B x Animo) in Lanaken, after two clear rounds.
Christian Ahlmann was second with the Zangersheide gelding Casuality Z (Cassini II x Chellano Z), having finished the fastest of those making the jump-off. Niklas Arvidsson with the Swedish Warmblood stallion Hasard (Heartbeat x Voltaire) was third and like Ahlmann picked up four faults in the jump-off.
For Italy, Alessandro Colombo on the grey Unecuore (Prinz Clintus), finished 14th with four penalties in the first round.
