German riders romp to victory in vaulting

German athletes have stolen the spotlight so far at the World Cup for Vaulting. In the men’s competition Jannik Heiland beat the rest with a score of 8.38 with Dark Beluga. In the ladies’ competition it was Kristina Boe meanwhile who impressed with a score of 8.531. Italy’s Silvia Stopazzini however was not far behind with a score of 8.337 and neither was German athlete Corinna Knauf with 8.227. As for the Pas-de-deux category, victory went to the Italian duo of Lorenzo Lupacchini and Silvia Stopazzini (8.671).
