Determined, focused, and driven by a genuine passion for horses — that’s how Giulia Stanga approaches her return to FieraCavalli Verona for Jumping Verona 2025, one of the most prestigious and anticipated events on the Italian equestrian calendar. By her side, as always, is her trusted partner Milwaukee, an eight-year-old gelding with a generous heart and growing talent.

After a rewarding season filled with strong performances and personal growth, Giulia arrives in Verona with the mindset of someone who has worked hard, learned, and evolved.

“This year has been truly amazing,” she says. “It started off really well with the Toscana Tour, where I rode almost entirely clear rounds. Then we competed in Versilia, Rome, and several international shows that all went great. It’s been a season that’s given me a lot of confidence and helped me grow as a rider.”

Her journey with Milwaukee is a story of patience, teamwork, and mutual trust — the foundation of everything she’s achieved so far.

“I got Milwaukee when he was five,” Giulia explains. “I had never ridden a young horse before, and of course he couldn’t teach me the way a more experienced horse might have. But in reality, he’s the one who’s taught me the most. You grow together, you learn to understand each other, and you build a really special connection. It’s so rewarding to see how far he’s come.”

Looking ahead to Jumping Verona 2025, Giulia’s goals are clear — to perform at her best, stay focused, and continue her upward path.

“Like everyone, I hope to make it to the final,” she smiles. “Last year I finished sixth, and this time I’d love to improve on that result. I don’t want to say too much — I’m a bit superstitious! — but I’m going into the arena with more awareness and confidence, and I know my horse better now. I believe we can be even more competitive.”

Having already experienced the excitement of Jumping Verona, Giulia knows how powerful that moment can be.

“Last year I was a bit overwhelmed,” she admits. “There are so many people, so much energy, the lights, the big screen showing your ride — it’s a lot to take in! But it’s also an incredible feeling. This year, I hope to approach it with more calm, more confidence, and the same enthusiasm.”

For Giulia, FieraCavalli is much more than just a competition — it’s a celebration of equestrian passion.

“It’s an honor to take part,” she says. “FieraCavalli is really the heart of Italian equestrianism — a meeting point for athletes, enthusiasts, and professionals from all disciplines. It’s a celebration of our sport and a special moment to share it with others.”

With hard work behind her and excitement ahead, Giulia Stanga and Milwaukee are ready to step once again into the spotlight of Jumping Verona 2025 — ready to give their best, jump higher, and live every moment of this extraordinary experience.
