Gstaad gears up for Hublot Polo Gold Cup 2016

The final touches are being added ahead of the 21st edition of the Hublot Polo Gold Cup Gstaad which will get underway on Thursday 18th of August and will come to a close on Sunday August 21st.
Amongst the teams taking part we also find the main sponsor Hublot captained by the Chinese star Shilai Liu owner of the Beijing Tang Polo Club.
Argentina’s Juan Pepa will skipper the home team Gstaad Palace while Cedric Schweri is aiming to lead his team, Banque Eric Sturdza, to glory.
The final team set to do battle is Polo Friends who will be skippered by the duo of Piero Diller and Andy Bihrer.
A host of other international talents will be on hand too including the Argentine Marcos di Paola with Hublot and Brazil’s Olavo Novaes who is representing Banque Eric Sturdza.
Access is free to the public with a host of initiatives planned for the children such as the Kinder Paradise to encourage families to make a day of it.
