History and nature…discovering the Po!

Searching for the Po…a mix of history and culture. This is the essence of the horse riding experience put forward by the FISE trainer Stefano Marzolini, who operates out of the equestrian centre called ‘Le Pinetine’ in Mirabello, near Ferrara.The initiative, which has been fully outlined in the attached document, has been inserted in the Equestrian Tourism Project of Emilia Romagna promoted by the Italian Federation and is aimed at creating itineries around cultural and historical landscapes of the region.Travellers, pilgrims and armies have all left their mark on this territory, such as Napoleon who built certain canals from one river to another.On Sunday 12th July one of the treks will follow these ‘Cavi’ as they are called.
