Italian Pony Championships: Matilde Faverio off to a great start

Currently taking place in Cervia at the historic equestrian centre Le Siepi, the 2011 Italian Pony Championships have brought the nation’s best specimens to the Adriatic sea ready to see who can make it to the final. Matilde Faverio got off to a great start on Thurday 30 June in the first round the timed category. Riding Miss Ennis matilde, she took the lead immediately and finished with a time of 68.53. Just behind her was Charlie Sue Fani riding Joyau d’Argent with a time of 72.95. Third place went to Marcello Manganotti on I am d’Hories with 74.14.
