Scott Brash, the winner of last year’s edition, has won the first leg of the 2015 Longines Global Champions Tour season in Miami.
With his top mount Hello Sanctos, the Scottish rider triumphed in the GP after a head to head battle with Qatar’s Bessem Hassan Mohammed with Palloubet d’Halong.
The two riders were the only two to clear the course with no errors in the final round, but it was Brash who was quicker to take the win ahead of his rival.
Third place went to Belgian rider Pieter Devos with Candy after amassing 4 penalties. The rest of the top-ten was as follows:
4th Roger Yves-Bost FRA Nippon d’Elle
5th Lauren Hough USA Ohlala
6th Kent Farrington USA Voyeur
7th Margie Goldstein-Engle USA Royce
8th Luciana Diniz POR Apollonia 23
9th Laura Kraut USA Nouvelle
